The salty smell of the sea, the velvet evening air, the messy-haired, barefoot dancing, running, playing, - that breathless feeling of freedom and of being so incredibly and utterly alive. 💫

Partly because I always want to remember this feeling, from this era of our lives. But mostly to celebrate - and never ever take for granted - that we get to live, breathe and dream in this beautiful, safe and free corner of the world. If only everyone were as lucky. 💔

About last weekend’s celebrations: There was b About last weekend’s celebrations: There was butterfly ranuculus, real conversations, strawberries, wine in my great grandmother’s old decanters, rather delicious sourdough focaccia, dancing, dreaming, homemade limoncello, - and there was hanging from the ceiling (yes, that might have happened 🙈). Turning 40 honestly feels like such a blessing with all these beautiful souls In my life. 🤍 (And Ps: thank to so much for these little film clips of happiness @the.fish.professor and @desireephotography!)
